Lohman & Barkely's Name Droppers was a short-lived daytime game show that featured a celebrity panel of three with twenty studio contestants who played for a week along with a "Name Dropper" a person who in some way had a connection to one of the three celebrities. (i.e. a maid, first grade teacher or mechanic)
Game Format[]
The celebrities told stories about how they were related to the "Name Dropper". The contestants voted for the celebrity whose story they believed. If they were correct they each received $10. The "Name Dropper" collected $10 for each incorrect vote. In addition, each game had two contestants got a chance to explain why they chose as they did and then played for a bonus prize. The contestant with the greatest number of correct guesses on a week's worth of shows won a bonus of $1,000.
